As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support by assisting individuals with activities of daily living, personal care, and skill development. DSPs also encourage community inclusion by participating in social and recreational activities, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals while living life without limits.

Qualified applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent (minimum required), have at least one year of experience in a human services-related position, preferably supporting individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be willing to drive UCP vehicles.

Medication Administration Program (MAP) Certification is required
